Camélia Ben Naceur, is one of the great French talents, belonging to the international jazz circuit.
After her classical piano studies, she moved into the Jazz world, playing with great musicians like Clark Terry, Sam Newsome, Mark Turner, Roger "Kemp" Biwandu (One of the Joe Zawinul latest drummer), Rosario Giuliani, Jean-Marie Ecay to just name a few. She started to play in Billy Cobham’s band in October 2009.
Camélia’s music is known to be intensely rhythmic with a clear “European taste”.

This “pandemic” concert, the first of the 2020 Direct Concerts,  is performed alongside the excellent double bass player Nolwenn Leizour, part of Camelia’s stable band.
Thanks to her, the melodic acoustic side of Camelia's music goes into the next level, perfectly melted and performe
