Hernán Ríos – Facundo Guevara Dúo

Hernán Ríos and Facundo Guevara are two of the most eminent Argentinian musicians, both masters of their instruments and in the research of their languages.
They play together since 2007, focusing on the research and experimentation in Argentinian and Latin American music roots.
The duo proposes a concept of freedom from improvisation creating an original and authentic sound that could be framed both in jazz and in popular or ethnic folk expressions.
They have had excellent specialized reviews and are fundamental exponents of Argentine music.
The duo presents their most recent project FLOR AFRICANA with compositions by Hernán Ríos as classics of the music of Argentina and America (Atahualpa Yupanqui, el “Cuchi” Leguizamón, Joao Bosco, Juan Carlos Cobián, Thelonious Monk, Rolando Valladares and Charlie Mingus, among others)…
